Stream Cleanup 1998

On Saturday September 12, 1998 Acton Stream Team volunteers helped clean stream areas along Butter Brook @ Route 27, Coles Brook on the Auto Auction property, Conant Brook @ Newtown Road, and Fort Pond Brook by the dam along River Street. The weather was wonderful, the poison ivy was thick, and the volunteers were enthusiastic and hard working. A great blue heron and other wildlife were observed
