... at your convenience. Volunteers may visit a stream location just once
- or several times over the year. (Photos taken during late summer are
especially valuable in determining whether or not a stream is "perennial".) |

... any local stream or waterway, whether or not it was included in the
1998 survey. See the 1998 Shoreline Survey. Volunteers should not access private property unless they have permission
to do so. Good locations for observations are road crossings. |
| How? |
Print out and complete this "short" observation form and mail or drop it off with a photocopy of the USGS map location, and
any photographs, at the Natural Resources Department, Acton Town Hall,
472 Main Street, Acton, MA 01720 978-264-9631. |
